Baby soap is a good one to use. Wash your skin frequently, at least two to three times during the day, more often is better. Do not pick at it! Keep your fingers from touching it or trying to rub it off.
Well, the truth is for many of us, we're all leading very busy lives and we aren't taking enough time each day to just relax and calm our minds and bodies. The most successful treatment includes long term use of antibiotics in order to control the outbreaks. The antibiotic dosage is slowly decreased until it can be stopped. Antibiotics should NEVER be taken during pregnancy!
